Business Diagnosis for Cohort 1 SMEs

This week, SMEs in Cohort 1 started the Business Diagnosis phase. With the help of our KIEP 250+ proprietary model, the Business Advisors work with senior SME management to identify the company’s strengths and weaknesses. The objective is to identify business improvements areas (gaps) which can be addressed with the help of KIEP 250+ Technical Assistance. A Business Diagnosis Report (BDR) will be prepared, detailing these gaps. The next step after this will be the drawing up of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) that identifies and describes the agreed areas of Technical Assistance to focus on.
